Matt Russell is a classically trained pianist, who has been teaching, studying and performing music for almost two decades. His various performing experiences range from being church musician, to solo and duo recitals, to cocktail piano. He has also performed with all sorts of ensembles, from big bands to small jazz groups and from orchestras to rock bands. He has extensive experience as an accompanist in both classical and musical theatre genres, and has musically directed/conducted several shows. His teaching experience includes all ages and backgrounds, from early elementary to college students to adult learners. For the past several years he has been traveling the world working on cruise ships as bandleader in the show band. He is also a certified NLP Practioner, Hypnotist and Life Coach.
